The KLIKNPIK service helps you to do all of your grocery shopping online while supporting local, independent stores in Melbourne. We believe in a fairer food system in Australia, and so our mission is to make it more convenient to buy from locals.
Keeping your grocery list in hand and your budget in check has never been easier. With KLIKNPIK you receive all the benefits of online shopping, but with much lower fees when compared to delivery services. We know life is busy in the modern world, so the KLIKNPIK Market platform was designed to make your weekly food shopping experience fast, simple, and easy. Plus, you can access your favourite local shops and their wide range of unique products.
For weighted items, such as produce, deli, meat, and seafood, store associates will choose items that most closely match what you’ve ordered down to the weight or count.
If you have special instructions (i.e. ripe bananas), please feel free to note them when you go through checkout.
If an item from your order is not available or out of stock, a substitution will be made by the store associate. When substitutions are allowed, the store associate selects an item that is comparable to the original based on brand, flavour, size, and price.
If you do not want a substitution for a particular item, you can indicate it while checking out. Simply turn off the “Allow Substitution” slide bar for the products that you do not want substituted. You can choose substitutions on an item-by-item basis by clicking on the slide bar.
When reviewing your cart, you can also indicate which items are acceptable substitutions by writing the product’s name in the “Preferences” section.
We know how important it is for our customers to understand all associated pricing and charges. Our partner stores set the item prices shown on the KLIKNPIK Market. We want to make sure item pricing is transparent and easy to understand.
KLIKNPIK Market prices may vary slightly from in-store prices, as some suppliers elect to offer their everyday store prices*, while others require a slightly higher online mark-up to help cover their cost of picking and packing.
*Some prices may change between the time you place your order and the time you pick it up. The exact price of each item will be printed on your receipt. If you have a concern about a specific price, please contact us and we’ll look into the matter for you.
When you place an order, we place a temporary authorisation hold for the estimated order total which is included on your order confirmation email. Once your order is ready for pick-up, your card will be charged for the final order total reflected on your order receipt, which can be less than or equal to the temporary hold amount.
Any approved changes to your order during shopping can update the final total in your order receipt.
These changes can include:
Substituted items: You can choose to have items substituted or not if something is unavailable. If an item is replaced, your receipt will be updated to reflect the replacement item price. If the replacement is less expensive than the item you ordered, you will be charged less.
Unavailable items: If an item is unavailable, the store associate will remove it from your item total. This will reduce the final amount of your order.
Weight adjustments: The store associate will try to get the exact weight of the items you requested, but it is likely the weight could be slightly less than what you requested. For weighted items, such as produce, deli, meat, and seafood, store associate will choose items to closely match with what you’ve ordered, down to the weight or count and will update your item total. You can rest assured that you will be charged for the weight you receive.
If you’d like to cancel a pending order, please sign in and visit, ‘My Orders’ section under ‘Account’ tab on the top right corner of the screen. Under ‘Current Orders’ select the order you’d like to cancel and choose, ‘Cancel’.

With KLIKNPIK Market, you don’t have to carry your grocery list in your head or a piece of paper. You can create multiple grocery shopping lists for each of your favourite local stores and add products, for everybody in your household. Just click on the ‘🖤’ symbol next to the product and create a new shopping list or just add to an existing one. Your shopping lists will be saved in the ‘Shopping List’ section which can be found in the top right corner or the screen.
